Joan Jach: Champaign, IL, United States; South Prairie Street Farm is my middle-of-the-city oasis. Tucked into an old neighborhood on a brick street, the farm is really in my back yard! It is the place I work, plan, dream, gather and rest. I aim to grow some of the most delicious and nutritious food in central Illinois, both for my family and my customers.
